After many years in the Health, Life and Medicare business, as an Agent, Bob Archer formed this organization in 2012 after a 5 year stint as Area Sales Manager with Humana.

The idea was to create an FMO that serviced our Affiliated Agents and customers with world-class results.

We quickly attracted a number of Agents who recognized the training and opportunities afforded by working with a group of experienced Agents.

Today, we have 11 Manager / Coaches who each support teams of Agents. Our Agent count is above 300 and we serve 15 states.

We have 6 field offices where Agents can safely meet and greet prospects and clients, conduct sales meetings and hold activities.

All of our Agents are Independent, meaning they represent many top-level insurance carriers which can benefit the client in many ways.

We build on one another's success and learn from each other with respect.
